For example, when you have moved your website to us, it is possible that you still see the website as it appeared with your previous provider. This is because browsers store the websites you visit on your computer. This is called the browser cache. By clearing the browser cache, the browser has to download a new copy of your website, and you will see the website as it appears on your hosting package with us.
Important
Clearing the browser cache often resolves these types of problems, but there may, of course, be other reasons why your website is not displayed (correctly).
Google Chrome
Step 1. Click the menu button (three dots stacked vertically). Then click More tools > Clear browsing data....
Step 2. Select 'first use' under Remove the following items from:. Ensure that only the checkbox for Cached images and files is checked.
Step 3. Click Clear browsing data. The browser cache has now been cleared.
Firefox
Step 1. Click the menu button (three horizontal lines).
Step 2. In the menu, click Preferences and then the Privacy & Security tab.
Step 3. Under Cookies and website data, click Clear data. The browser cache is now cleared.
Edge
Step 1. Click the menu button (three horizontal dots).
Step 2. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
Step 3. Ensure that only the checkbox for Cached data and files is checked. Click Clear to clear the browser cache.
